At ALAND, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
